I've only just come across this and have not watched it yet.
Is this well known?

Although this film refers to these shuttle bombing activities as "Operation Titanic," the official name is now considered to be "Operation Frantic."

'OPERATION TITANIC... On U.S. shuttle-bombing operations over Germany between bases in Great Britain, Italy, and Russia.

The film deals with the American airmen in USSR controlled territory, mentioned is Ukraine. Targets were not only in Germany, but also in France, Romania, Hungary and Poland. Interestingly they don't mention "morale bombing", just oil fields, refineries, factories, train yards.
