Two December 1 British intercepts from Mr. Himmler to SS Obergruppenfuhrer Jeckeln warning him that any further contraventions of the guidelines in regard to the Reich Jews being 'outplaced to the Ostland'will be punished and ordering him back to Berlin forthwith.
It now appears that the meeting was scheduled for East Prussia (where Mr. Himmler had visited the Wolf's Lair on the previous day) and not Berlin. A check of Mr. Himmler's Dienstkalender for December 4 should confirm this.
Incidentally, Mr. Breitman makes note of two intercepted December 2 radio messages: Obergruppenfuhrer Jeckeln enquires about the agenda for the prospective meeting (couldn't he guess?) and is curtly informed that he will find out when he gets there.
Still trying to link the intercepts with mass murder, Hebden says:
..all the while providing not a shred of evidence to support it. The intercepts say nothing of mass murder of innocents. There is no physical evidence, which Hebden continually dodges.

If it can't happen as alleged, then it didn't.

Again, what they says is the Jews must go the east, no exception, none can be allowed to stay where they are. Anyone not following this guideline will be punished. Again, no mass murders here.
Max states:But there is no evidence whatsoever that this was a transport of "civilian criminals who were subject to execution"!
Ofcourse, he has no evidence that it was not and the onus is upon the accuser of crimes to produce such evidence. He has none.
Hans also chose to ignore the evidence that Sailor posted which shows the complete unreliability of the so called 'Einsatzgruppen Reports'. Amazing.

It means that Himmler's note " Transport from Berlin. No Liquidation" refered to "civilian criminals who were subject to execution". There is no evidence that it did!
More specifically Mr. Himmler stated: 'Transport of Jews from Berlin. No liquidation.'
According to Mr. Hannover's scenario, over 1,000 condemned Jewish criminals being sent to farflung Riga to be executed were mercifully reprieved at the last moment by the Reichsfuhrer himself. Mein Gott, this must surely qualify as the most ludicrous ad hoc rationalisation we have ever had the misfortune to witness!
I gave a scenario which is unrefuted and is more reasonable than the Believer assumption that there was a policy of 'extermination' (which they can produce no evidence for) in which it's claimed that this was an exception to that phantom policy. We do know for certain that no one was killed aboard this train...a fact.
Odd that an obvious example of there not being a policy of 'extermination', as so evidenced by lack of killing, is spun to mean the opposite....no killings meant a policy of murder. A logic disconnect to be sure.

But, I suppose Hebden will continue to pursue his 'Riga ghetto' myth which he claims existed inspite of information to the contrary. I guess he just forgot about that in this thread.
Still waiting for these alleged 'eyewitnessed' mass graves which are curiously never found.
