I understand that some of this could be Allies propaganda and not actually 'victims' of national socialist concentration camps, as the allies were known to film and take pictures of dead people who died due to allie bombing and natural causes.

Looks like clips from the 1 hour propaganda piece presented at Nuremberg by the psychological warfare division, directed by a Hollywood director. The same propaganda piece that presented lampshades supposedly made of skin, and shrunken heads allegedly of Jewish prisoners.

It should be noted that those 'atrocities' were news to the accused in Nuremberg.
Except for this being mentioned in literature as hearsay, are there any records on this being said and also by whom? Also, which footage is this referring, too?
If one considers the context of the footage being taken during the last few active month of WW2. Collapse of infrastructure and shortage of resources have to be accepted as far more plausible explanation for starving or starved people. Claiming otherwise is clearly motivated by malice.
