People are wailing and reduced to quivering wrecks over this story which is only sad because an innocent man lost his life.
I fail to see all the fuss and understand what this is all about. Is there just a passing band wagon that people feel obliged to jump on?
May he find peace at last: Ukrainian volunteers collect the remains of Holocaust survivor grandfather, 96, killed by Russian bombardment in Kharkiv

Here's what I see. I see an old man, very old man who had lived a very long life after all the claimed persecution of the holocaust and got to the ripe old age of 96 to be killed in a fluke bombing raid on his flats in Ukraine.
When you hear people wailing about 'he survived the holocaust only to die this way' I start screaming and shouting. The bloke had enjoyed a very long and presumably happy life. He stayed in Ukraine when he could have left and gone to israel or the US at any time if things were that bad.
Am I missing something here.
