Official list of Revisionist scholars persecuted / imprisoned for questioning the "Holocaust"

Postby Lamprecht » 3 years 10 months ago (Tue Aug 06, 2019 4:55 pm)

I think we need an updated list of people who have been imprisoned/fined for questioning the 'Holocaust' story. If there are any that are missing or incorrect, please respond to the thread or PM and I will have the admin/mod update it.

"The Holocaust is – or should – be a historical event and not a matter of religion. As such it is subject to the same kind of research and scrutiny as other past events, and so our conceptions of the Holocaust must be subjected to critical investigation. If new evidence necessitates a change of our view of the Holocaust, then a change must take place. The same holds true when old assumptions are proven false. There is nothing reprehensible about questioning the accuracy of scientific assertions and attempting to deny their validity. Therefore, it is not reprehensible to approach prevailing conceptions of the Holocaust with skepticism, as long as it is done objectively and we have valid reasons to be skeptical." - Germar Rudolf

"Truth is great and will prevail if left to herself... she is the proper and sufficient antagonist to error, and has nothing to fear from the conflict unless by human interposition disarmed of her natural weapons, free argument and debate; errors ceasing to be dangerous when it is permitted freely to contradict them" - Thomas Jefferson

For those of us who can speak without fear of persecution: we have a moral imperative to do so!

NOTE: I am taking a leave of absence from revisionism to focus on other things. At this point, the ball is in their court to show the alleged massive pits full of human remains at the so-called "extermination camps." After 8 decades they still refuse to do this. I wonder why...

Fred A. Leuchter

Leuchter was blacklisted in the U.S. and hounded by the Holocaust lobby and the world's lapdog media. He was arrested and jailed in Germany while visiting there to appear on a television show, and he was denied entry to the UK due to his forensic research.

As a result of intense Jewish pressure, Leuchter lost his livelihood. Since making known his findings, he also has been libelled, slandered, and financially ruined

More about Vincent Reynouard:

Belgium:

On 19 June 2008, a judgment of the Brussels Court of Appeal sentenced him, for the publication of a revisionist writing, to one year in prison and a 25,000 euro fine.

France:

On May 7, 2015, he was sentenced to two months in prison for complicity in challenging a crime against humanity for an article published four years earlier in Rivarol, which questioned the existence of the Holocaust. The Paris Court of Appeal confirms this conviction in February 2016.

On 4 November 2016, he is sentenced by the Paris Criminal Court to a new five-month prison sentence for posting two Holocaust denial videos in which he renews his challenge: "€ 5,000 to convince me that the Holocaust is not a war hack. " He is also ordered to pay 2,000 euros in damages to LICRA, who was a plaintiff, and an identical sum in respect of legal costs.

Thank you for that, Dresden.
However for Ms. Schaefer, and many others, I used the conviction date when available rather than the arrest date. Once again, can you double-check.

phdnm wrote:More about Vincent Reynouard

It seems Mr. Reynouard has had five different convictions.

Would you double-check to see if the changes are correct?

This is really getting out of hand

Vincent Reynouard:

The writings and promotions by the historian Vincent Reynouard resulted in several serious prosecutions and convictions:

On October 8th, 1992, the Court of Appeals of Caen condemned him to one month in prison (with reprieve) and a fine of 5000 francs [ = $850] for "contesting the existence of one or several crimes against humanity," Vincent Reynouard having, according to the "Court of Cassation," committed the offense of "sending to 24 pupils of a secondary school, prize-winners of the competition 'Resistance and Deportation,' anonymous letters to which was annexed photocopies of papers disputing the existence of gas chambers in Germany during the Second World War."

In June 2004, the Court of Appeals of Limoges condemned him to 24 months in prison over his writings on the tragedy of Oradour-sur-Glane, claiming he had defended war crimes by creating and distributing a videocassette entitled "50 years of Official lies." The Court of Cassation revoked this judgment, ruling Reynouard had not defended but rather contested the existence of a war crime, which is not punishable by law.

On November 8th, 2007, he was sentenced to one year in prison and a 10,000 euro fine [ = $13,000] by the Magistrate's Court of Saverne (Lower Rhine) for "contesting crimes against humanity." Reynouard had written and distributed the brochure "The Holocaust -- What They Hide from You." Reynouard appealed the sentence.

On June 25, 2008, the Court of Appeals in Colmar (Alsace, France) condemned Vincent Reynouard to one year of imprisonment and the payment of the cost of placing an advertisement with extracts from this judgment in the Official Journal of the French Republic, as well as in the prominent newspaper Le Monde, the Dernières Nouvelles d'Alsace and Alsace. Raphaël Nisard, lawyer of the LICRA [ = "League Against Racism and Antisemitism"], declared: " It is an extraordinary result which satisfies LICRA completely."

On June 19th, 2008, a Court of Appeals of Brussels, in neighboring Belgium (to which Reynouard had fled with his family) condemned him for the publication of a revisionist publication to one year of imprisonment and 25,000 euros in fines.[ =$34,000]

On July 9th, 2010, Vincent Reynouard is imprisoned to the prison of Forest (Brussels).

July 23rd, 2010, the Judge's Chambers of Brussels declared that the warrant for arrest launched by France against Reynouard was valid.

On August 19th, 2010, he is extradited towards France and imprisoned to Valenciennes. (9 months).

Vincent Reynouard was released on April 5th, 2011.

In February 2015, a criminal court in Normandy sentenced Reynouard to two years in prison for "Holocaust denial" (or négationnisme) in videos he had posted on social media. In addition, the French court ordered him to pay 4,500 euros in damages. Reynouard had represented himself in the three-hour trial in the city of Coutances, although he was not present for the verdict.

On May 7, 2015, he was sentenced to two months in prison for complicity in challenging a crime against humanity for an article published four years earlier in Rivarol, which questioned the existence of the Holocaust. The Paris Court of Appeal confirms this conviction in February 2016.

Holocaust denier Alison Chabloz jailed for continuing to blog despite social media ban

The ban was part of singer's suspended prison sentence she received in 2018 for songs mocking Jews and the Shoah

September 24, 2019

A singer and Holocaust denier who was convicted of broadcasting "grossly offensive" songs about Jews has been jailed after violating her sentence by posting on her blog.

Alison Chabloz, 55, made “at least 50” separate posts on her website, which was deemed to be in breach of the terms of her suspended sentence she receied in May 2018 for her songs.

Chabloz, from Charlesworth in Derbyshire, was convicted last year for writing, performing and publishing songs which mocked Jews and the Holocaust.

The charges related to songs titled Nemo’s Antisemitic Universe, I Like It How It Is, performed at the right-wing London Forum in 2016, and a third, titled (((survivors))).

If you want to write to Alison, the address is:

Alison Chabloz

New Hall Women's Prison

5 New Hall Way, Flockton, Wakefield, W. Yorks, WF4 4AX

She will appreciate letters and postcards of support, and reading matter, however anything too overtly political is likely to be taken by the prison authorities.

Latest news
Chabloz granted immediate release from prison on unconditional bail

September 28, 2019

Alison Chabloz

All in all, my third experience of loss of liberty was the least unpleasant thus far. Indeed, compared to my first two lock-ups, November 2016 (six hours) and October 2017 (48 hours) both in police cells, my short time at HMP New Hall was a joy ride.

Single, warm cell; TV, kettle, pillow, thick quilt, mattress, e-cigarette; a view over the prison wall of trees and the occasional glimpse of a squirrel or wood pigeon. Being in need of a good rest (not having been able to enjoy a few days’ holiday thanks to my aborted trip to Paris last month), I lazed, feet up; watched the news and a couple of films; drank endless cups of tea and vaped nicotine, in moderation…

HMP New Hall used to be a borstal and previously, during the war, a training camp. My three nights were spent on the remand wing, the roughest and noisiest, where most new inmates are sent initially before being moved to one of the normal wings. I kept my head down most of the time. Only once on the second evening did I assert myself, after having being promised then denied my phone call. I was resolute in my protest, meaning I was eventually marched back to my cell. The next morning, Wednesday, I was finally briefed and allowed to phone home.

I was disturbed to learn that one fellow newbie had been remanded awaiting trial for some relatively minor alleged role in a drugs offence, meaning separation from her two-year old daughter and four-month old baby son. Other new arrivals were regulars: drug users caught for shoplifting or burglary. These women did not seem unhappy about being back behind bars, quite the contrary in fact. “Here’s where I get clean, come off the drugs,” said one woman; as if the prison system provided at least some kind of structure in lives that were chaotic on the outside.

Most inmates are working class Northern lasses, of varying ages. I noticed two or three Poles, Blacks, mixed-race and the same number of Asian hijabi-clad Muslimas.

The prison is understaffed: 140 wardens for 400 inmates, with less than a third of officers on duty at one time. Staff were clearly exhausted by the end of their shifts. But they were cheery, kind and, in most cases, professional. Ditto for the medical staff, especially nurse Jane. Prisoners and staff alike were interested to hear my story and I even got to sing a couple of songs.

I was psychologically prepared and therefore coped as well as could be expected. It is not difficult to imagine that more vulnerable women perhaps would find it difficult to adapt and settle in.

Then came the news that I was to be freed on unconditional bail. Paperwork meant that I was held for a further two and a half hours before finally greeting my parents who had driven over Woodhead Pass to collect me at the prison gate.

I am still ploughing through all the commentary. The vindictive tone of mainstream articles and of moderated below-the-line comments speaks for itself. Unsurprisingly, no mainstream report has been corrected to state that I have now been released pending appeal and been granted unconditional bail. Happily, independent reports have been far more balanced and reasoned.

Huge thanks especially to my Mum and Dad, to my barrister Adrian Davies, solicitor Kevin Lowry-Mullins and to those who made the trip last Monday to lend their support. Equally, thanks to everyone who blogged and campaigned on social media. After not starting off too well, the week has ended on something of a high, – although, even last Monday had its moments, as illustrated by the following anecdote, a small sign telling me I’m on the right path:

The court warden who cuffed me was the same warden who cuffed me in 2017 at Chesterfield Immediate Remand Court. We recognised each other and I reminded her that she had congratulated me when I had been released two years ago, and had told me that I was simply saying what everyone else was thinking but didn’t dare say out loud…

*

Next scheduled court date will be my appeal in the High Court in London, October 31st – Hallowe’en special and of course Brexit Day… More details to follow.
