I agree that that would be depressing if "others were simply too weak and were killed" but I don't believe that, and you can see in the video that it is a very speculative moment where he is trying to understand why some small mass graves were found. One could just as easily speculate that Jewish-Zionists-Stalinists, like Adolf Berman or his brother Jakub Berman, around the time Zionist Rachel Auerbach wrote her propaganda story "In the Fields of Treblinka" planted dead bodies of Polish Independence militants killed by Polish Stalinist Jews after the war.

Planting fake evidence in the ground? Farfetched? How about the Ringelblum archives, or the testimony of Rachel Auerbach's alleged roommate Abraham Krzepicki, whose testimony was found in the ground around 1950 by Polish construction workers.

The main development is that there is to be a French judicial review of the constitutionality of the Gayssot law on the grounds of discrimination between the victims of different war crimes. There have been other cases about the Gayssot law on other grounds, but thus far they have failed. The date of the ruling is not given, but the article dates from 6 October 2015.
