Did Hitler plan on reclaiming African Colonies?

I have two questions, did Hitler ever plan on reclaiming African Colonies and was he lying to African troops about freeing them from other European Colonies after the war?

I don't know any quotes from Adolf himself but I've heard people, mainly Marxist, say he "lied" to Africans about being anti-imperialist and freeing them from Colonies during WW2 so that's why I'm asking cause I'm curious.

Hitler had 20,000 or so Black Africans he could have conscripted and used as cannon fodder, but didn't (unlike other European powers). Hitler was focusing mainly on Eastern Europe for "Lebensraum" (living space, habitat) there was an idea of a colony in the center of Africa, from the Atlantic to Indian oceans (Mittelafrika). Those with Black ancestry still living in Germany would have been used for this, presumably.
