Number of ethic Poles taken to Auschwitz/Berkenau?

I found this website with a chart that breaks down the ethnic origin of detainees indicating that 140,000 ethnic Poles were held a Auschwitz.
No citation is given.
Please post any sources you are aware of that make reference to either the presence of large numbers of ethnic Poles
and/or stated numbers of ethnic Poles taken to Auschwitz.
