In the run up to January 27th - the annual holocaust memorial, tv programmes all over the place are being aired with holocaust stories of every shape, smell and size.
Last night on UK's Channel Four we saw a most interesting documentary - from the web page
In April 2015, Eva Kor, who survived the Holocaust, publicly forgave ex-Auschwitz accountant Oskar Groening. This documentary tells their stories, and explores the impact of her forgiveness.
Much has been written about Oskar Groening here on the forum, he being the so called 'book keeper of Auschwitz' who at the ripe old age of 93 was taken to court last year and charged with murder of thousands of jews, just because he worked at the camp processing inmates' valuables.
This tv show had a different slant, slightly, but slipped back into the old holocaust lies with ease. One woman Eva Kor who was at Auschwitz decided that it was time to let it go and forgive. She publicly announced her forgiveness and was then right royally rogered by those jews around the world who simply cannot see a way forward for themselves and their like other than continuing with the failed story of gas chambers and six million dead.
The problem with this show was that it contradicted itself time and time again.
We were spoon fed the old yarns about old and young being liquidated immediately upon arrival at Auschwitz yet other camp inmates who were aged 12 and 14 (those who under the official story have been killed immediately) told their stories of work and privation, and survival.
We were told by this person or that one that they went in with family and never saw them again, which is left hanging in the air that they were all killed. No evidence was produced, how could it have been?
We were shown pictures from the Auschwitz album which were taken secretly by a Nazi guard. Were they? I didn't think that was true at all. These pictures we were told showed innocent families waiting to be gassed not knowing what was going to happen to them.
The next few days will be full of holocaust tales many of which will be dubious.
