Alleged comments of Holocaust denial inside a South Florida barbershop has led to outrage on social media.
The owner of Kiko’s Barber Shop flat out denies that one of his barbers is a Holocaust denier.
“I didn’t sleep. I’m offended by that, that this guy is saying that about us,” Kiko Lopez said. “We take care of people.”
The customer who said he heard those comments spoke to Local 10 News.
“The conversation literally went from football to this, Holocaust denial,” Ivan Reich said.
Reich said he was in mid-haircut when the barbershop discussion suddenly changed.
“I’ve had family, I’ve had people very close to me, family, who were both survivors and who were killed, and he looks at me in a stone-cold stare and says, ‘Too bad for you.’”
With no witnesses corroborating either side of the story, the truth of what happened Tuesday at Kiko’s Barber Shop may never be known.
"I'm offended by that, that this guy is saying that about us," Kiko's Barber Shop owner Kiko Lopez says of allegations that one of his employees is a Holocaust denier.

There is no denying the fallout, however, once Reich posted his experience on Facebook and Yelp.
With the already heightened fear of rising antisemitism stoked, a longtime local business is feeling the backlash.
“I apologized to him,” Lopez said. “I said that I know my employees would never do that.”
Lopez also apologized on social media for a customer’s discomfort, but denied Reich’s story and a chance to talk face to face. The police were called on Reich when he tried.
“I’d like acknowledgement of what occurred,” Reich said. “And I’d like the employee to be reprimanded or terminated, to be honest with you.”
Reich contacted the Anti-Defamation League, which has since gotten involved. The organization said it is especially concerned about what happened on social media as a result of this situation, with a rise in hate speech and trolling.
I wrote a review asking them why they are supporting the holocaust myth, and they deleted it and blocked me. Which is their right, but unfortunate that they do not like good news, that millions of people were not murdered in terrible ways.
Some Jews go violent, they totally fall apart when any criticism is leveled and try the physical intimidation route, which does not scare me up when they do. Most of them who do, one good punch would crush their fragile craniums. They're really a pathetic people. There are Jews who don't push the holocaust, but most of them do, unfortunately. This is nothing more than a group kvetch and mass wailing.
It is also noteworthy to recall that when the Jewish Bolsheviks assassinated the Tsar and assumed total power in Russia, one of the very first laws they passed was imposing the death penalty for anti-Jewish sentiment. Are we next?
Where are the lawyers going after all of these people attacking a person's free speech?
Again, another opportunity for lawyers. To defend a person, as well as use this examples as a platform to show how law terminology is being manipulated and used against the American people
This is the USA. We have a right to believe what we want and a right to free speech. If you don’t like those rights, you are free to live in a nation like North Korea, Saudi Arabia or Germany where you do not have these freedoms. The fact that this Jewish man is trying to FIRE this man proves that he does not care about free speech, which our founders protected for us. And if the ADL has their way, the 1st Amendment will be gutted. Just look at how they pressure Silicon Valley to end free speech.

Shaming holocaust truthers of what masses believe to be true is nothing new. Local10 would do the same with 9-11, climate change etc. If people were flat out incorrect then they wouldn't need to be silenced or their opinions oppressed. With all the fabrications out there around it like the Anne Frank diary and countless totally made up "memoirs" anyone who is not indoctrinated would know something isn't quite right. To consider yourself educated on any subject means exploring all sides thoroughly. Good bad or otherwise.
So we have to remember the holocaust but not have confederate statues, flags or streets named after generals? Where is our gentile league that we call upon? This is crazy.
The barber employee did not discriminate anyone, he expressed his opinion that he has a right to express. But, the customer said it was one of the employees, the employee is denying he said it and the customer and channel 10 are ruining the poor owners business. That’s not right.
If the customer does not like what the barber said, then walk out and tell your friends not to go. Why would you call channel 10 and the Anti Defamation League? Is that customer opening up a barber shop and want to eliminate competition? That is nuts.
Actually, I am more offended that Reich had to call Channel 10, write on Yelp, demand the guy be fired etc. I am beyond tired of this. The barber has a right to his opinion without the need to have him fired or destroy the small business owner's business. There is a barber shop on every corner, quietly tell the owner why you won't be using him anymore and move on.
