Ernst Zundel due for sentencing in Show Trial farce

The latest on Ernst Zundel, who is on trial for Thought Crimes in Germany. This Orwellian event can only be described as a Show Trial, in the tradition of judeo-Soviet communism.

The so called 'holocaust' cannot stand up to scrutiny, that is why Ernst Zundel, Germar Rudolf, and many others are in jail. The 'incitement' charge is a desperate canard.

This extract nails it on the head. It is today's Germany which is in denial; in denial of science, rational thought, and logic.

Defense seeks acquittal of far-right activist Ernst Zundel at German trial

MANNHEIM, Germany

Defense lawyers on Friday urged a German court to acquit Ernst Zundel, a far-right activist who was deported from Canada, of incitement charges stemming from persistent denial of the Holocaust.

The defense team called for Zundel's acquittal during a court session in which one lawyer, Ludwig Bock, quoted from Adolf Hitler's "Mein Kampf" and from Nazi race laws.

Bock accused the state court in Mannheim of not wanting to face a "scientific analysis" of the Holocaust and charged that prosecutors — one of whom has termed Zundel a "rat catcher" — had defamed his client.

Prosecutors accuse Zundel, a 66-year-old German deported from Canada in 2005, of years of anti-Semitic activities, including denying the Holocaust — a crime in Germany — in documents and on the Internet.

They have urged the court to convict Zundel of 14 counts of incitement and sentence him to five years in prison.

Prosecutor Andreas Grossmann has labeled Zundel a "political con man" from whom the German people must be protected.

Since Zundel's deportation, he and his supporters have argued that he is a peaceful campaigner denied his right to free speech.

A verdict in the trial is likely next Thursday.

You have to believe in the ‘Holocaust’. And you better shut up if you don’t believe in it, else you wind up before a court and will be sentenced. Whether the ‘Holocaust’ happened as the usual ‘Holocaust’ defenders insist or not, is of no importance at all.
