It really is frustrating. Not just because I think the whole idea is rubbish, but just the level of deep indoctrination that there is on this subject. A while back I wrote to an evangelical preacher about some content in one of his videos. Specifically the issue of using 6 million Jews gassed being inaccurate. I didn't tell him that he was intentionally lying or anything, just that he should update his data to reflect the current figures. Then he had the doctored photo of the hanging girl with German soldiers laughing. I showed him the evidence that this photo was a forgery and that he should not be using it to prove his point about evil.

No response.

Then the Mayor of Auckland City in New Zealand has banned the used of public buildings for two right wing speakers (Canadian speakers Lauren Southern and Stefan Molyneux) who are coming to NZ.

Then comes the Holocaust part:

PHIL No. No, there’s a difference in degree. I don’t agree with much – in fact, most – of what Donald Trump says. I’m not about banning him, but I am about banning people who say that Hitler was provoked into the Holocaust to massacre 6 million Jews, who say that I can judge you on—your IQ on the colour of your skin – the sort of stuff that they are using in their language designed deliberately to incite and provoke minority groups who are already subject to quite a lot of abuse because of their being minorities. That’s not right.

How do you write back to the Mayor and even the interviewer, in a way that wont get you in trouble asking them to publicly retract or correct the statement made?

In this you are correct. Professional full time politicians are part of the problem - they repeat the lies because not to do so means an end to power/gravy train.

You are far better trying to draw normal people's attention to the revisionist ideas - they after all elect the politicians.

Why does it matter who exactly? After all, we have seen the unaltered one to prove it was altered.

I don't know the name of the sailor who dropped the Mayflower's anchor, but I know it was dropped.

I don't know the name of person who added fake smoke to this photo, but it certainly was added.

I meant the agency or publication where it showed up, perhaps a Jewish or Soviet propaganda reel. Because I can only find those aforementioned atrocity photos involving people hanging from tank barrels, trees etc. as side-by-side comparisons and without much description on the web. Meanwhile, your profile photo is the infamous fraud that can be tracked to the Simon Wiesenthal Center website in 1999, which means we can name and shame the SWC for having spread such malicious and deceitful photo fakery. Or the one where Hitler was cut and pasted to stand around a pile of corpses, I think that one was tracked down as well. It would be nice if we could track down the others as well, but I have had no luck.
