CODOH Founder Bradley Smith Has Passed Away

Postby Moderator » 7 years 3 months ago (Thu Feb 18, 2016 8:47 pm)

I just received information that CODOH founder Bradley Smith, on his 86th birthday, has passed. All those who value free speech should carry a heavy heart.

As one who new him personally I am particularly saddened. He was quite the man, his efforts will continue.

Very sad news. He was a fine writer, a model of good-natured, skeptical common sense, an inspirational figure who led by example and whose greatest contribution, perhaps, was simply to show how ordinary and obvious and ultimately moral revisionism really is. (Not to mention little things like CODOH, of course.)

I'm sorry I never had a chance to meet him.

Mr. Smith was likely the main reason why I found alternative material online about the 'holocaust', more than 15 years ago. I will always be grateful for that, and in turn I will do my part..

R.I.P Bradley Smith.

This is sad. I heard he was unwell a year ago or more but nevertheless his death is bad news. I feel for those closest to him, they are no doubt going through a difficult time.

However let's look at and praise his long life and contributions to historical revisionism and the written word, together with reasoned argument and common sense.

He was a very influential man and in some part, large or small, has touched all our lives.

R.I.P. Mr Smith.

Thanks for putting it so well. Very sad news.
Our national peril is that we are ignoring all the vital facts of the situation. Our enemies are none the less real because their ways are hidden ways. But they are a thousand times more insidious.

He was one of the first people who made me learn about revisionism. It was his honorable appearance on the Donahue show, it's one of the first things I saw on it and I'm still impressed by his class and courage to face the Lion's den alone. R.I.P. to a great man.

I only corresponded with Mr. Smith a couple of times but he was always extremely cordial and helpful. I knew he was battling cancer and it was such a pleasant surprise he took the time to specifically address my concerns. I only hope I can remain as lucid and equanimous as he did under his trying circumstances.

Rest in peace Mr. Smith.

Wow, really sad and he died on his birthday! (I felt so old on my 60th B-day two months ago.) Been internet friends with Mr Smith for many years, especially liked his campus activism because I did a lot of that too. We need more truth-seekers like him and from what I've read, he enlightened many! RIP

So sorry to hear about this news. :( Mr Smith was such a pivotal figure in getting me in to revisionism. He will be missed by all of us.

Bradley, we'll continue this struggle for freedom and we will win through in the end. From the bottom of all our hearts, thank you for everything you have done for revisionism.

Thanks to Bradley for getting and keeping the CODOH forum up and running, and for all the good information on CODOH, and for his Donahue appearance. Without his work there would be no accessible validation for Holocaust skeptics. I will remember him fondly for his great contribution to my life.
