I just tried it again, and got the same message as before:

Address Not Found
www.codoh.com could not be found. Please check the name and try again.

It therefore seems that my ISP is blocking codoh.com, which it must have only begun doing extremely recently.

Most likely. I was blocked for a couple of weeks too, it is only now, very recently, that I've been able to access it. Still, I could access the forum, but not the main domain.
