That is the Red Cross number for ALL sites.
Per official registers captured by the Soviets, 69,000 died at Auschwitz, a couple of those Soviet seized registers are now curiously 'missing'.

Yes indeedy I was struck, temporarily, by the jew disease of exaggeration. Luckily I took a pill and feel corrected and better all in one go. I am now back on planet earth and realise that the Red Cross total of about 250k in ALL camps did of course include jews, Catholics and others. Thus the total number of jews who died in camps was probably half that number at most.
