Discussion Prompts for Chat GPT

I am curious as to what sort of discussion you could have with a chat bot if it was presented with prompts and facts from a revisionist's point of view. I would probably start with.
What physical evidence exists that supports the assertion that 6,000,000 jews were murdered in gas chambers during WWII?
I thought this community might assist me in compiling a list of prompts.

I think if a chat bot agreed to the revisionist argument it could possibly create quite a stir considering how much they are currently on social media.
I have not even looked into how someone can have a discussion with one as yet.

They have gone to great lengths to keep it from saying anything politically incorrect. I've played around with it a little bit and they've programmed it to spout a bunch of boilerplate if you bring up the holocaust or holocaust denial.

You can try to trap it with contradictions which can sometimes sort of work but it tends to go around in circles. Some people have tried to tell it to assume a "character" and then say stuff as the character that it wouldn't normally say. One thing was going around where people were telling it to assume the persona DAN which stands for Do Anything Now, i.e., DAN was not limited by the restrictions as the stock AI.

One of Microsoft's bots called Tay that was released a few years ago was taken offline after a few hours because it had started denying the holocaust and saying other taboo things. But they are much more careful now.

Tay responded to a question on "Did the Holocaust happen?" with "It was made up".[12]

The answer is: NONE.

But consider that, except for oversimplifications and generalizations, Holocaustians don't assert that 'six million Jews were gassed'. What they assert is that 'close to six million Jews were intentionally killed' and that a 'large number were killed in homicidal gas chambers'. Also that this was part of a deliberate plan. There evidence for the number are 'estimates'. Which is entirely subjective. The proof for 'homicidal gassings' are 'testimonies'. They completely ignore any contrary evidence, even when it is in their own documents. The facts and figures are adaptable to them, what counts is 'feeling' and 'moral evilness' of 'what happened'.

They essentially assume the truth of this and then start arguing in favor of it. In the process anything they can grasp, becomes 'evidence' to them.
If someone demands evidence, than he is 'ignorant' or 'malicious' to them. Psychologists call this projection.

That is of course highly deceptive and intellectually dishonest what they are doing there. But they have a feeling of 'moral superiority', because they are 'fighting for the victims' and 'for tolerance' and 'against another Holocaust'. This is hypocrisy on steroids.

It got all the marks of a totalistic cult. And they even are acting like it is a substitute for religion. But don't have the honesty that it actually is one.

Yep i am aware how variable the number is. I just used it as it is a classically quoted number as your avatar proves. I would adjust the number before it was presented to a bot. I am also aware that the answer is zero that is why I thought it would be a good starting point for the GTP discussion.
I was inspired by this conversation some dude had with a bot even though his intentions were not on the revisionist's side of the fence.

If they'd sticked to a number, they'd be pressed to show how they arrived at the figure not only by 'Holocaust Deniers'. Also by e.g. historians that assume a priori that the Holocaust is true. So rather keep it a bit flexible... And tell them you got an estimate e.g. based on statistics and deportation figures.

The figure is of secondary importance, it just happens to be a figure they liked to use and six million is a figure that's easy to remember. And hence got marketing/trade name value for them.

What counts is the 'horror, outrage and pity' the figure and the imagery of gas chambers and 'industrial chemical slaughterhouses' induced into people. And it seems to be of high importance to keep the general public in an emotional mode with this.

This speech was used as evidence of Himmler's guilt in war crimes trials.

Heinrich Himmler was never put on trial. So the excerpts at best played a role at other trials. But 'extermination' is a bad translation for 'ausrottung', which means rooting out, which can be done via evacuation, meaning to move people from A to B. Since people may not like being shifted to somewhere where they have to work with their hands this can get rough, if they decide to 'protest'.
