Thanks for posting this. That visual actually helps me "get it" that they are indeed behind bars. How disgraceful to do that because of someone's beliefs.

News of Sylvia Stolz, soon three years in prison

Sylvia Stolz is imprisoned in Germany for his revisionist opinions for soon three years: she was imprisoned on January 14th, 2008, in the statement of the verdict concerning her.

She had simply made her work by defending Ernst Zündel.

The revisionist Bocage news agency spread this small drawing of the lawyer:

Image

- " And now, you believe in the Holocaust? "

- Sylvia's answer hung by feet: " not! "

- The third character: " it is strange... "

In her letter, Sylvia Stolz explains that there are always things which worry her and what at the moment it's the trial which is held in front of the Court of justice of lawyers [Disciplinary committee?] of Bavaria which will decide or not on its radiation of the bar.

After her wishes of Happy New Year, she writes:

" The truth will overcome. Goodbye. With all my best regards and thanks to all the French friends who wrote me. "

Some good news has just arrived concerning the Austrian writer, poet and revisionist Gerd Honsik, 69, father of 3 children.

Arrested on August 23, 2007 in Spain, extradited to, and then imprisoned in Austria, the sentence being 4 years, he was not to be released, in theory, until 2013.

In a letter addressed to a correspondent and dated April 19, he announced that following an appeal he submitted to the Court of Vienna, his sentence has been reduced by 18 months.

This means that he should be released at the end of 2011!

Thinking of Gerd Honsik and Wolgang Frohlich reminded me of Mark Twain's "The Mysterious Stranger".
Here are the opening lines to "The Mysterious Stranger":

"It was in 1590 - winter. Austria was far away from the world, and asleep; it was still the Middle Ages in Austria, and promised to remain so forever. Some even set it away back centuries upon centuries and said that by the mental and spiritual clock it was still the Age of Belief in Austria. But they meant as a compliment, not a slur, and it was so taken, and we were all proud of it. I remember it well, although I was only a boy; and I remember, too, the pleasure it gave me".

Austria is indeed asleep, and in the Middle Ages; still conducting "witch hunts".
To say that it is the "Age of Belief" in Austria is an understatement!

Mark Twain was a Prophet!
Maybe, just maybe, they believe what they are telling you about the 'holocaust', but maybe, just maybe, their contempt for your intelligence and your character is beyond anything you could ever have imagined. -- Bradley Smith

Austria: Mail to the jailed revisionists

Swiss Revisionist, Mariette Paschoud, announces us a good news:

Her intervention to the Austrian Ministry of Justice following return with mention "refused" by mails (a greetings card and five euro) which she had addressed [it was the case of other correspondents] in Gerd Honsik and to Wolfgang Fröhlich on the occasion of holidays of the end of the year was reckoned.

On February 10th, Mariette Paschoud had returned, by registered, cards and money directly to the Austrian Ministry of Justice, with a letter in German in which she asked that her mails to the prisoners are transmitted or while the reasons of the special treatment (Sonderbehandlung!) whose object they were.

On May 30th, Wolfgang Fröhlich addressed to Mariette Paschoud a card of gratitude in which he signals her that "[her] appeal was fruitful".

It is therefore possible to address again the mail to this prisoner, but we could not too much recommend to write these mails in German.

PSYCHOLOGICAL TORTURE IN PRISON

http://libertadpedrovarela.over-blog.co ... 84491.html

The following excerpt from a letter that Pedro Varela sent us from prison demonstrates to what point you can arbitrarily play with prison rules. We don't include the letter in its entirety due to its length, and because it's an introduction to the situations that have led him to the following conclusion: a series of tricks in succession that operate in the following way:

"To have parole you must have been in tercer grado; to be in tercer grado you have to have had permission; to get permission you must finish "The PIT (Individualized Treatment Program)" that is arbitrarily awarded despite having asked for it through the proper channels, and which, after an unspecified amount of time, can be denied or become (through "forgetfulness"), simply obsolete."

This is the series of tricks.

Without going any further, this afternoon we've had another example of this arbitrariness.

A few weeks ago Pedro received a letter where he was asked for an interview in prison, he requested the appropriate permission and was informed verbally that it had been accepted. The date was fixed for today June 14 at 15:00, and the journalists from Germany were informed two weeks prior to this date that it would be today.

At 15:00 today, both journalists and photographers, were in the security access to Brians I. To our astonishment we were told that they knew nothing about the visit. We insisted in the hope that it was a misunderstanding, however there was nothing we could do. After an hour in sweltering heat they communicated to us that the permission had just arrived, but had been denied!

The coincidence is incredible: the permission arrived an hour later than the date and time scheduled weeks earlier.

If only 0.0005 per cent of that sophistication was used in this country, in a positive way, it would be nice.

The German journalists left then with empty hands, but not completely, as I'm sure they'll fill their article with a nefarious propaganda about Spanish institutions, and we won't be able to say that they don't tell the truth.

It's an embarrassment to us to belong to a country that, as said my father said, is closer to Africa than Europe (if any of it still remains).

Operation Postcard for Pedro VARELA

We all deserve our holidays, this year Pedro will not be able to make use of these holidays to spend them with his daughter, relatives and friends as it was doing every summer surrounded with his dear mountains.

We know that it is a month of relaxation in which we tend to forget the proper and foreign problems, that's why we ask you for a memory for Pedro in the shape of postcard. In any place that you are bring you over to a position of "souvenirs", buy a postcard, place a stamp and a small text like symbol of adherence and/or fondness.

Thank you

Again, Pedro Varela has been transferred from his unit.

This time he was locked up among inmates with a tough looking aspect (to say the least), where, of course, Pedro doesn't belong. Upon entering, the rigorous question was whether he used drugs. Bad start. So far he's been transferred wearing the same clothes, and without notice or justification.

The reason? He hasn't been informed yet.

The repression against him is huge, so, now more than ever, we're with Pedro.

Enclosed is his new address within the prison so that his poor conditions are made more bearable by the massive sending of letters with our encouragement.

Some corrections passed along to me:

1) Ernst's address is not "75313" but "75323"

2) Wolfgang Fröhlich's new prison address is:

Ing. Wolfgang Fröhlich
JVA Stein
Steiner-Str. 4,
A 3500 Krems-Stein / Wachau, NÖ

3) Sylvia Stolz has been out of prison since April last.

- Hannover
If it can't happen as alleged, then it didn't.

Let us think of Imprisoned Revisionists for Christmas!

Let us imagine the pleasure which will have our prisoners when they will receive a full bag of greeting cards for Christmas!

At least they will realize that they are not forgotten.

All are of German language and most of their prisons accept only the mails in German.
