I am having trouble finding information on the policies behind permitting Jewish men of fighting age to leave Ukraine while goyim men are forced to fight in the war.
I've seen sources stating that Ukrainian men with dual citizenship are NOT allowed to leave. I can't find any exceptions.
I'm just wondering if anyone has any information on this
