Germar Rudolf interviewed by podcasters - July 20 2020 - including about his recent arrest
I have learned that Germar Rudolf has appeared on a 2h45m podcast this month.
I am told he spoke about his July 2019 arrest in detail. His side of the story and the ongoing prosecution.
The arrest raises the possibility that Germar could even be deported to Germany again as a (now) "criminal alien." If so, this would not be the first time the US bent the law or strictly singled him out to enforce the "letter of the law." I also understand Rudolf is writing a small book specifically about the arrest.
There is an MP3 download link to the podcast here:
https://therightstuff.biz/2020/07/20/td ... lf-report/
I have not listened yet. If you listen, please add comments and timestamps to anything of interest to the readers of this forum. I expect a lot of the material on basic Auschwitz etc. Revisionism will not be new to regulars here, but in 2h45m of material there is certain going to be something new, some detail or etc. And the arrest and latest prosecution material is new; I don't know that Rudolf has publicly spoken on this until now.
You can stream the podcast there for free at this website, or download it to listen offline via this button at the site:

Germar has been quite outspoken about this. He has posted a video regarding this case and a GoFundMe for his legal fees:
GoFundMe: https://www.gofundme.com/f/germar-rudolf-legal-defense-fund
Moral Turpitude https://shop.codoh.com/book/moral-turpitude/
He has also uploaded a full 1:16:27 video of him performing exercises:
I have listened to the entire TRS interview, and it's kind of jumbled here and there. The last third of the interview is mainly Germar talking about his various flashy clothing he has to wear outside when exercising. It's kind of funny, an amusing conversation, although Germar at times doesn't seem to be seeing a lot of the humour in it. But that's to be expected at this stage.
He makes plain that he could only be subject to deportation if he was charged with indecent exposure, which for an immigrant who is not a US citizen is a problem because they could be subject to over a year in prison (I think that's what he said, it might just be 1 years probation) which would then allow the government to deport him back to Germany. The problem with this, is that the US government, as in relation to Germar in the past, doesn't actually care about political dissidents or enforcing the constitution, as they waved the 5th amendment right back in 2005 when Germar had a wife and newly born child. This was when they illegally deported him to Germany where he served a 44 month prison sentence.
I am kind of perplexed as to why Germar hasn't gotten US citizenship in the past 9 years when such incidents as this could potentially threaten his life. He mentioned in the TRS interview that it was his own defense lawyer who threw out the case and thus Germar was charged and is now on a sex offender registry. Because of this, it will be much harder for Germar to become a US citizen, as he now has a criminal record.
As for Auschwitz, Germar and Mike made many good points, which have been made before, and others which i've not heard. Particularly about the temperature and humidity of the supposed underground Homicidal gas chambers which would be much more moist, and thus the gas from the gypsum pellets would stick together and be nearly impossible to get the gas out of. Especially because, as is claimed, the walls of the Gas chamber were almost always wet due to being hosed down after Jews were allegedly gassed. If this were true, the walls being so wet, it's basically impossible for gas to have been released from the gypsum after getting wet. The Kula Columns, if they ever existed (they never did) would only hurt the narrative even further. It's all explained in much detail in the interview. As for the bricks, exterminations talk about the blue pigment penetrating the walls as if that's some kind of counter argument, when in actuality, as Germar points out, we're not talking about pigment, we're talking about hydrogen-cyanide; which is an important distinction. I highly recommend just listening to it. If I can be bothered a bit later I might go back through and produce a transcript of some of the most relevant parts.

Re: Germar Rudolf interviewed by podcasters - July 20 2020 - including about his recent arrest
He says he has been resident too long to be deported.
There is some new information (to me) about the permeability of brick, concrete and plaster to HCN. It passes through in seconds according to papers on the subject, which refutes the Roth argument about surfaces that is still trotted out.
If I were Germar Rudolf, I would just try and forget about this court case, or appeal the conviction or sentence without publicity if he must. It is clear that the Courts and Police are separate institutions, but have to work together in practice for the good of the community, so antagonising them beyond what is necessary is not a good idea.

And as Germar mentions, Roth didn't dare push those nonsense arguments under oath. He came up with that later when he was interviewed for that Leuchter documentary.
Kulaska's summary of the Roth testimony: http://www.ihr.org/books/kulaszka/34roth.html
Prussian blue was an iron cyanide produced by a reaction between iron and the hydrogen cyanide. It was a very stable compound which stayed around a long time. If hydrogen cyanide came into contact with bricks or mortar containing iron, it was fully conceivable that a reaction of the iron and hydrogen cyanide would take place, leaving behind the Prussian blue. (33-9290) In porous materials such as brick and mortar, the Prussian blue could go fairly deep as long as the surface stayed open, but as the Prussian blue formed, it was possible that it would seal the porous material and stop the penetration. If all surface iron was converted to Prussian blue, the reaction would effectively stop for lack of exposed iron. (33 9291)
Roth testified that the iron/cyanide reaction capabilities of samples 9 and 29 were no different from that of sample 32. If samples 9 and 29 had been exposed continually everyday for two years to 300 parts per million of hydrogen cyanide, Roth testified that he would expect to see the formation of the iron cyanide compounds; the so called "Prussian blue" material, in detectable amounts. The reaction of the two substances was an accumulative reaction; the reaction continued with each exposure. One way for this reaction not to occur would be a lack of water. These reactions, in many cases, required water or vapour in order to occur. However, in rooms of normal temperatures and normal humidity, there would be plenty of moisture present for this type of reaction to take place. (33-9293, 9294)
Prussian blue did not normally disappear unless it was physically removed. To be removed from a porous material like a brick it would have to be removed by sandblasting or grinding down the surface or by the application of a strong acid such as high levels of sulphuric, nitric or hydrochloric acid. It would be more difficult to remove from porous surfaces because of the fact that the formation would have taken on depth.

"In the following table I have listed the factors affecting the formation of Prussian Blue both for an interior wall of the delousing chamber of building 5a in Birkenau (left), and of the alleged homicidal gas chamber of Krematorium II in Birkenau (right). The first data row gives the actual result of the analyses for total cyanide of samples taken from these walls. The right column shows approximate factors linking both premises' tendency to form Prussian Blue. The resulting factor in fact indicates that similar amounts of Prussian Blue should be expected in both locations." - Germar Rudolf http://www.vho.org/GB/c/GR/CharacterAssassins.html
I also quote Germar's statements about this subject in:
Myles Power - "Debunking Holocaust Denial" video series
viewtopic.php?t=12438
Lamprecht wrote:Germar Rudolf addresses the cyanide penetration claim:1. It is a fact that the walls of the disinfestation chambers in Auschwitz, Birkenau, Stutthof, and Majdanek are saturated with cyanide compounds, and this not only superficially, but into the depth of the masonry, as I have proved by taking samples from different depths of the wall, compare in this regard especially my samples no. 11, 13, 17, 19b, and 23. They prove that hydrogen cyanide can rather easily reach deep layers of plaster and mortar. But even the other samples taken from the surface prove that Prof. Roth's allegation is wrong: Provided that most of the cyanide detectable today is present in the form of iron cyanide (Iron Blue and other cyanoferrates), as Prof. Roth assumes himself, his thesis would mean that 10% to 75% of the iron content of these samples are located in the upper 10 micrometer of my samples (0.010 mm), i.e., they are located in less then 1% of the entire sample mass, and the rest of the sample would have been massively deprived of iron. How this migration of a major portion of iron to a thin surface layer would have happened is inexplicable to me.
2. Furthermore, expert literature is detailed in that
a. hydrogen cyanide is a extremely mobile chemical compound with physical properties comparable to water,[159]
b. which can quite easily penetrate through thick, porous layers like walls.[98]
3. In addition, it is generally known that cement and lime mortar are highly porous materials, comparable for instance with sponges.[160] In such materials, there does not exist something like a defined layer of 0.01 mm beyond which hydrogen cyanide could not diffuse, as there can also be no reason, why water could not penetrate a sponge deeper than a millimeter. Steam, for example, which behaves physically comparable to hydrogen cyanide, can very easily penetrate walls.
4. Finally, the massive discolorations of the outside walls of the disinfestation chambers in Birkenau and Stutthof, as shown on the cover of this book, are clearly visible and conclusive evidence for the fact how easily hydrogen cyanide and its soluble derivatives can penetrate such walls.

He actually said that he is on a sex offender registry now?
I know one person rather well that had an indecent exposure charge, and met another guy once that also had one. Both individuals were intoxicated at the time of the incident, but neither were charged with anything regarding drugs or alcohol. Both were in jail only for one day and then released. The first individual had 6 months of probation, paid a bunch of fees and the case was expunged; not sure about the other guy. They aren't on any sex offender list. Both were US-born citizens though and they were charged and lived in different US states than Rudolf; some laws can vary considerably from state to state.
If Germar is truly on a sex offender list for this, that's just ridiculous.
EDIT:
I checked https://www.nsopw.gov/en/Search/Results and got:
"0 records from a national search including all states, territories and Indian Country for First Name begins with Germar, Last Name begins with Rudolf that were available at the time your search was performed."
I also checked: https://www.pameganslaw.state.pa.us/Sea ... ndex=false
Again, no results.

Yes that's what he said. At 8:13 - 8:42 in the video he says:
And I was put on a sex offender list, although my claimed act neither created a victim nor any damage. The prosecution's reasoning behind this is that, according them I had intentionally positioned myself at the side of the road, advertising my manhood to the world for everyone driving by, using my blazing neon green tank top as an arrow pointing to my genitals. I did so allegedly because I saw a car approaching for quite awhile.

That Youtube video (which I assume will eventually be deleted by the censors) has a posted date of July 20, the same day this podcast was released. I see the GoFundMe is also dated the same day (July 20).
From this it does look like July 20, 2020, was D-Day for Germar Rudolf's PR offensive against the charges stemming from his ridiculous arrest one year earlier (pre-dawn, July 2, 2019) and his conviction this year. (Coincidentally, July 20 is the 76th anniversary of the Stauffenberg Plot, I assume no symbolism there was intended.)
A video that pre-dates the above is Jim Rizoli's interview with Rudolf, dated July 18 2020 (Bitchute), titled: "HUNTING GERMAR RUDOLF ... AGAIN ... HIS CASE, HIS STORY, HIS WAY." Video description: "Well known revisionist Germar Rudolf is being targeted again this time they lied about his workout regiment. As a result of the policemen lying, he faces possible deportation to Germany and an extended prison sentence for his Holocaust denial activities."

It's too late: Rudolf's short book, Moral Turpitude (est. 150 pages) about the case is about to be published, by or before US Labor Day (Sept. 7 this year).
There is the case to be made that this entire thing is a mega form of defamation-of-character with the blessing of the state, but then that is not an unfamiliar for Rudolf to be in over the past twenty-seven years. What do you do in that case?

I mean the allegations, claims and charges smell fishy right from the beginning. If I recall it rightly Germar Rudolf went out jogging and changed clothes sometime in the early morning hours and some cop, per coincidence of course, observed this.
Now I would like to know why that cop was around at that specific moment when Rudolf changed clothes? Does anybody really believe that this was a coincidence? This all shows you to what length they'd go to "discredit" critics of their pet narrative on WW2 as a way to avoid serious debate on the issue itself. This behaviour alone should be alarming enough to dismiss their claims out of hand and demand some solid evidence for this and if they refuse they have to accept to be called out as spreading a fraudulent narrative for political and financial gain - with other words exactly what's punishable in some countries.

Fun Fact the court reporter was a Dylan Segelbaum at 717-771-2102.

The USHMM has a search function where you can find Holocaust victims' names; there are dozens of Segelbaums asssociated by the USHMM with the Holocaust. It appears to be an exclusively Jewish surname.
I wonder if it was Dylan's editorial touch to headline the article as: "Convicted Holocaust denier who was 'naked from the waist down' found guilty in York County."
But he did presumably write the entire contents of the article, including:
Deputy Prosecutor Mark Monroe, in his closing argument [...] said Rudolf was wearing a bright, yellow shirt, which essentially served as a beacon to announce, “Look at me, look at my genitals.”
In 1995, Rudolf was sentenced to serve 14 months in prison for denying the Holocaust, which is a crime in Germany. He had published an “expert report” that concluded “the alleged facilities for mass extermination at Auschwitz and Birkenau were not suited for the purpose as claimed,” according to his website.
But Rudolf fled the country, eventually escaping to the United States. He applied for asylum but was deported in 2005. When he returned to Germany, he was charged again and sentenced to an additional 2 1/2 years in prison in 2007.
In 2011, Rudolf permanently immigrated to the United States, his website states. He characterizes himself as a "Holocaust revisionist" and describes the term Holocaust denier as a pejorative label.
The Nazis and their allies and collaborators murdered six million Jews in the Holocaust during World War II.
Outside the courtroom, Rudolf declined to be interviewed.
He can get off supervision after one year if he follows all conditions, pays costs and doesn’t commit any new crimes.
