The Jews of the ADL call for more Censorship

Postby Hannover » 2 decades 5 months ago (Thu Dec 12, 2002 1:33 am)

As is the norm from the criminal organization, the so called 'Anti-Defamation League', we get yet another demand for infringement upon free speech and association.
Under the absurd banner of "ensuring the safety of Italian Jews" we read of calls for attacks upon Revisionist rights.
Take note of the individuals they single out, and then allege that they are guilty of past 'racist' crimes; not mentioning the exact nature of the bizarre Orwellian Thought Police charges against these men in the 1st place.
To hate mongering groups such as the ADL, any questioning of their alleged & mandated view of 'history' (that which is profitable & beneficial to Jewish intrests) is racism...forgetting that the fraud of the 'holocaust' as alleged is a true hate crime against Christians.

ADL Calls on Italian Government to Block Holocaust Denial Conference

New York, N.Y., December 11, 2002 … The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) today urged Italian authorities to prevent the Nuovo Ordine Europo (NOE) from holding a Holocaust denial conference in Italy on December 14, and called on Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi to denounce this latest manifestation of anti-Semitism and ensure the safety of Italian Jews.

"For the third time in just over two years the NOE is planning to target Italy with their virulent anti-Semitism and Holocaust denial," said Abraham H. Foxman, ADL National Director. "As the number of Holocaust survivors are dwindling and anti-Semitic tensions in Europe higher than they have been in decades, we respectfully urge the Italian government to do all it can to prevent this conference from taking place, to denounce this latest manifestation of anti-Semitism and to ensure the security of Italian Jews."

The NOE, formerly known as the Nuovo Ordine Nazionale (NON), is an organization dedicated to promulgating Holocaust denial and anti-Semitism and describes its mission as "opposing a worldwide Jewish adversary." Angelo Cauter, an active member of the neo-fascist Movimiento Fascismo e Libertà, heads the group.

The latest conference is set to begin on December 14 with Fredrick Töben (recently convicted by Australian courts of inciting racial hatred), Vincent Reynouard (a former French high school teacher who used school facilities to disseminate Holocaust-denial and right-wing literature), and Jean-Louis Berger (former member of the French right-wing group National Front, convicted of inciting racial hatred and defaming the memory of the dead in France in 2000), Ahmad Soroush Nejad and Edoardo Longo are expected to participate. Previously, NOE held conferences in Trieste, in October 2001 and May 2002. Another conference, planned for October 2002 in Verona, was canceled.

The League communicated this issue with a letter to Prime Minister Berlusconi.

The ADL's legal arm, the ACLU is also active. A French teacher used the word God, and they sent Mr. Solomon out to put her in her place.

Santa Maria High School French teacher, Marianne Angel, caused a stir with one of her students after using a quote that contained the word God in an assignment she gave three months ago on Sept. 11.
Sophomore student, Sierra Leffers practices the Wicca religion and was offended by the religious reference. Soon after objecting to the quote, Leffers lost her role as French club president and was no longer allowed to go on a trip to France.
Leffers mother then got the American Civil Liberties Union involved.
Tuesday school administrators said there was much more to work out in this situation before coming to a resolution-now it seems things have changed.

Dee Ringstead, Santa Maria High School Principal
After correspondence between all the parties, Leffers was under the impression she had been reinstated. But in an interview Tuesday, Santa Maria High School Principal Dee Ringstead said Leffers acted within her rights, but it had not yet been determined if Leffers would be allowed to continue in both activities.
"I need to talk to the teacher and work with the parent through some meetings that will be coming up on the future," said Ringstead.
The comment caused a prompt response from the student, her mother and the ACLU.
After being contacted about what is being called by school administrators a misunderstanding, the school agreed that Leffers is in fact allowed to continue with both activities.
President of the ACLU's local chapter, Richard Solomon responded to the developments.
"I hope that everybody involved can learn something from it and especially the authorities, especially the teacher and the administration," said Solomon. "It's one thing to make a mistake and another thing to retaliate when someone stands up for their rights."
Officials from the ACLU say part of the agreement with the school is that Angel will make an apology to her former student.
Leffers now has another French teacher and is pleased with Wednesday's developments.
