Here is a man who wrote a book while in Russia in 1961 called BABI YAR The story of Ukraine's Holocaust. He talks of his struggle, yawn. And how he waited so long until he was free in the West to publish the full story because so much of it was critical of Stalin and thus couldn't be published while in the East.
But I digress. The 'novel' he claims is his account of the Babi Yar massacre. But he never says he saw it or any bodies, he says he saw the jews marching away from town thinking they would be put on trains.
Worth reading the few comments including the numpty who says that basically no one should deny the holocaust or events like this because of all the evidence! What evidence???

The pictures used in this Daily Mail article have almost nothing to do with Babi Yar and the piece offers no further detail or questions, it even repeats the claims that over 100,000 people were shot there.

But that's what is done there. Link "People moving away" to "100.000 being killed at some place". If you repeat this often enough. People that saw people "moving away" are evidence for massacres. And if you 'deny' this, than you are a "NAZITHATWANTSTOGASSIXMILLIONJEWS".

In the Soviet Ukraine there were monstrous criminal acts of the Nazi conspirators.
In Babi Yar, near Kiev, they shot over 100,000 men, women, children, and old people. In this city in January 1942, after the explosion in German Headquarters on Dzerzhinsky Street the Germans arrested as hostages 1,250 persons—old men, minors, women with nursing infants. In Kiev they killed over 195,000 persons.
In Rovno and the Rovno region they killed and tortured over 100,000 peaceful citizens.
In Dnepropetrovsk, near the Transport Institute, they shot or threw alive into a great ravine 11,000 women, old men, and children.
In Kamenetz-Podolsk Region 31,000 Jews were shot and exterminated, including 13,000 persons brought there from Hungary.
In the Odessa Region at least 200,000 Soviet citizens were killed.
In Kharkov about 195,000 persons were either tortured to death, shot, or gassed in gas vans.
In Gomel the Germans rounded up the population in prison, and tortured and tormented them, and then took them to the center of the city and shot them in public.

But it was used as 'background music' to lul the accused, the defense, the audience, the judges, etc. into the right mood.
For Babi Yar the allegations are rather concrete, hence they should be verifiable. But it seems that there is nothing worse showing in Babi Yar, hence nothing is ever shown to people. There is of course an excuse (cop-out, rescue device) for this. The evil genius Paul Blobel made all the evidence vanish. So sorry, that's why we can't show you evidence. What's amazing is less that such an argument is made, but that people actually find this excuse sufficient and hence perpetuate believing a narrative that is so obviously a lie. In fact they get angry, when you point out that they are wrong... Not about the story, but you're actually telling them that they aren't the smartest people in the world and that hurts their egos a bit too much.
