Auschwitz Pool and Theatre

Postby JLAD Prove Me Wrong » 3 years 5 months ago (Thu Dec 12, 2019 4:11 pm)

So this was a response I received for my revisionism

The theatre an pool was for the guards  stupid fuck

In my response, I want to prove that they were for inmates, but I am wondering what the best evidence is for prisoners using the pool and theatre at Auschwitz?
If your beliefs cannot stand up to your own sincere scrutiny and skeptical evaluation, they are not worth having.

Pool: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=5871&p=94007&hilit=swimming+pool#p94007

I suggest the following thread, JLAD:

Best and worst / least successful arguments
viewtopic.php?t=12430

Obviously those are just my opinions there. And I usually try to go straight for the scientific/technical arguments; I really just don't waste my time listing off Auschwitz amenities.

And the Auschwitz chapter of the Rudolf Report:

http://www.vho.org/GB/Books/trr/5.html

Also this stickied thread: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4332

The argument is, most Jews who went to Auschwitz were immediately gassed. There was (Auschwitz II) Birkenau, an "extermination camp" and their was Auschwitz 1 which was not an extermination camp and Jews were barely at all gassed there. And Auschwitz III Monowitz which produced synthetic rubber.

So they will just say those were at Auschwitz I and those were for people who weren't to be killed. Or for British POWs or something. Lots of excuses

NOTE: I am taking a leave of absence from revisionism to focus on other things. At this point, the ball is in their court to show the alleged massive pits full of human remains at the so-called "extermination camps." After 8 decades they still refuse to do this. I wonder why...

Don't forget to mention also the Fooball field (Soccer) located near Krema III where alleged gassings killed near 300,000 Jews.
Here we have the testimony of Ron Jones, the former goolkeeper of the Auschwitz Welsh team.
Auschwitz Welsh team.png

During the week prisoners were employed at forced labour camps, but on their rest day they were allowed to play football on a field just outside the camp - with armed German guards watching from the sidelines.

Father-of-one Ron said: 'We didn’t work on a Sunday so we used to play football.'

The Red Cross heard about it and brought the teams four sets of shirts - English, Scottish, Irish and Welsh.

.../

'When you’re under those conditions it was a real pleasure to play football on a Sunday,' he said.

'But we could only play in the summer, of course, because in the winter it was deep with snow.'
.../

Ron said returning to the death camp stirred up strong memories.

'There was the humiliation and the lack of food but on the whole life wasn’t too bad.'

'The Germans, contrary to what a lot of people think, were pretty good to us on the whole.'

However, on in order to have his book well sold, he can't help talking about things imposed by the propaganda he learned once at home.
He said the soldiers were terrified.
'We did not know what would happen to us. We thought at one time they would stick us in the gas chamber,' said Ron.
'It was not just Jews going in, it was Polish, political prisoners, gypsies, homosexuals.'

This article just came out, mentioning the Auschwitz orchestra:
Prisoners in Nazi concentration camps made music; now it's being discovered and performed

More than 6 million people, most of them Jews, died in the Holocaust. The music they wrote as a temporary escape, however, did not, thanks in part to the efforts of an Italian composer and pianist.

2019 Dec 15
By Jon Werthei

The sign above the steel gates of Auschwitz reads "arbeit macht frei" – work sets you free. It was, of course, a chilling lie, an evil hoax. But there was one surprising source of temporary escape inside the gates: music. Composers and singers and musicians, both world-class and recreational, were among the imprisoned. And what's not widely known is that under the bleakest conditions imaginable, they performed and wrote music. Lots of it.

More than 6 million people, most of them Jews, died in the Holocaust, but their music did not, thanks in part to the extraordinary work of Francesco Lotoro. An Italian composer and pianist, Lotoro has spent 30 years recovering, performing, and in some cases, finishing pieces of work composed in captivity. Nearly 75 years after the camps were liberated, Francesco Lotoro is on a remarkable rescue mission, reviving music like this piece created by a young Jewish woman in a Nazi concentration camp in 1944.
....
It seems unlikely, even impossible, that music could have been performed and composed at a place like this site of unspeakable evil, the most horrific mass murder in human history.

This is Auschwitz-Birkenau. The Nazi concentration camp in southern Poland. Set up by the Germans in 1940 as part of Hitler's "Final Solution," it became the largest center in the world for the extermination of Jews.
...
But also in the air: the sound of music, the language of the gods. This piece, titled "Fantasy" was written for oboe and strings, composed by a prisoner in Poland in 1942.

At Auschwitz, as at other camps, there were inmate orchestras, set up by the Nazis to play marches and entertain. There was also unofficial music, crafted in secret, a way of preserving some dignity where little otherwise existed.
...
Anita Lasker-Wallfisch is one of the last surviving members of the women's orchestra at Auschwitz. She is now 94 years old. We met her at her home in London.
Jon Wertheim: What had you heard about the camp before you arrived?

Anita Lasker-Wallfisch: We heard everything that was going on there only we didn't – still tried not to believe it. But by the time I arrived there, in fact, I knew it was a reality, gas chambers and... yeah…
...
The conductor of the orchestra was virtuoso violinist alma rose, niece of the famous [Jewish] Viennese composer, Gustav Mahler. Anita Lasker-Wallfisch says Rose, a prisoner herself, had an iron discipline and tried to focus attention away from the profound misery of the camp.
...
The main function of the camp orchestras: playing marches for prisoners every day here at the main gate, a way, literally to set the tempo for a day of work. And a way to count the inmates.

There's a lot more to that article, it's pretty long

One of the many things those evil nazis did to abuse and dehumanize the chosen ones: make them play Christmas music

Franciszek Piper in person proves that the pool was for the inmates. In the Ernst Zündel trials, when Ditlieb Felderer calls about the pool, Mr. Piper, submitted as an expert, says:

The pool had been used to rehabilitate inmate patients and as recreation.

This i quote from Barbara Kulaszka's book "Report of the Evidence in the Canadian 'False News' Trial of Ernst Zündel"

It is also stated that "There was never any denial by the Auschwitz Museum administration that the pool was there during the war ". This is cynical, as the present plaque in front of the pool says "Fire brigade reservoir built in the form of a swimming pool, probably in early 1944.". It clearly straigths-up denies it was a recreative pool, but instead an Fire brigade resevoir. While an pool can yes be used as a resevoir, it doesnt annul the fact that is still a pool made for recreation
Image

Another quote from Piper, from a different book about the same trial: The Holocaust on Trial — The Case of Ernst Zundel, by Robert Lenski.
“When Felderer said to Piper:‘ Now this pool must have been used by SS men ’, Piper replied,‘ No, they were swimming elsewhere; this pool was used for rehabilitation and recreation of patients among inmates. ’"

Image

About the Auschwitz Theater, i will make it clear that as far by i know, there isnt a footage about an play in that Theater. There yes plenty of footages of plays and pieces of anothers Theaters from anothers Concentration Camps
Image

The footage above for instance was taken from the Westerbork Concentration Camp in the Netherlands, 1943. A Lot of people mistakes it by Auschwitz's Theater, so don't mix things up

All points that it was destined for inmates, however. The Westerbork Theatre as well as the Theresienstadt Theater were destined for inmates. We see that the pool was also not for SS men only, so i dont see why the Theater wouldnt.

Image

We actually see in the Auschwitz I map that the Theater, being inside in the inmates blocks, was completaly opposite to the SS block. I Marked the entrance as well so we can have a notion about the distance the SS men would have to make just to arrive at the Theater. It doesnt make sense if you're gonna make an building just for SS men that very far away from the SS block. If, lets say, about half of the camp officers would be in that Theater (which was two-prisioners barracks sized) in one night, it would be the perfect time to a rebellion. They all would be trapped. It's a stupid design and i don't buy the Germans would do it, unless it was for the inmates
I cannot teach anybody anything. I can only make them think.” – Socrates

Nice to see the halfwit brigade believe the holocaust story. If they want to be credible then a grasp of the English language might help.

He should have said - The theatre and pool were for the guards.

Ask how well that pool would work out as a source of water to put out fires in the winter. Threat of fire is at it's highest in the winter months
Water came down instead of the gas :drunken:

This may prove helpful.

VIDEO: Auschwitz Swimming Pool (12:57 Min)
https://codoh.com/library/document/ausc ... g-pool/en/
In this 13 minute clip, Jim Rizoli, exposes another lie told by the Holocaust hate propagandists. This is the swimming pool at Auschwitz I. The swimming pool is normally ignored by the guides, as it refutes their narrative of a “death camp”. The Auschwitz complex consisted of three main camps, and a number of sub camps. The three main camps, consisted of the original camp (I), Birkenau (II) and Monowitz (III).
Jim shows a book from a Jewish prisoner who says she swam in the pool. Jim also shows responses which falsely claim that the swimming pool was a “water tank”, the diving boards were added later, and it was only for the SS troops and Aryan camp functionaries.
David Cole, a Jew, and Ernst Zundel, a Canadian, discuss the swimming pool, and conclude that is what is was and that as it was situated a distance from the SS barracks was available for all prisoners. Having a swimming pool in a “death” camp is a nonsense. For example, there was not one at Katyn Forest where the Soviet Secret Police (NKVD) executed 4,128 Polish officers by a bullet in the back of the head, within minutes of their arrival.
Only lies need to be shielded from debate, truth welcomes it.

That would however require a proper source.

Collecting testimonies that are obviously ridiculous can be useful, too. Lot's of people maybe shocked to see what their pet narrative is based on. I'm however afraid there will be still those that feel compelled to defend this in some way.

Not even the orthodox/exterminationist/antirevisionist version. The exterminationist version is that it was not a swimming pool at all. The camp sign says it was a "fire brigade reservoir built in the form of a swimming pool."
