EU demands "anti-racism law" adoption for Belgium, Bulgaria, Finland, Poland and Sweden

Postby Lamprecht » 2 years 3 months ago (Mon Feb 22, 2021 11:12 am)

The European Commission is now demanding that 5 EU countries (Belgium, Bulgaria, Finland, Poland and Sweden) to "fully transpose" a 2008 "anti-racism" EU law. The EU commission has cited that some of these countries have failed to "adequately criminalise" certain forms of "hate speech" including "trivialisation of the Holocaust." If they do not respond in two months, they can be taken to the European Court of Justice.

According to Wikipedia Belgium and Poland already have "Holocaust denial" criminalized, but not Finland, Bulgaria or Sweden.

The European Commission on Thursday (18 February) told five EU countries — Belgium, Bulgaria, Finland, Poland and Sweden — to quickly put a 2008 EU law against racism into their statutes.

The five need to “fully transpose” into national law the EU rules that criminalise “serious manifestations of racism and xenophobia”, the commission said in a statement, explaining it had sent formal letters to the respective capitals.

The EU executive already, in October last year, sent similar letters on the same matter to Estonia and Romania.

The commission noted that legislation in Belgium and Bulgaria did not identify racist or xenophobic motives as an aggravating element in crimes, and Bulgaria, Finland and Sweden failed to adequately criminalise certain hate speech, including the trivialisation of the Holocaust.

It also deemed that Finland had failed to allow racist crimes to be investigated even without a complaint by a victim.

It singled out Poland for not specifying “gross trivialisation” of international crimes and the Holocaust, and restricting the criminalisation of denial “only to cases where such crimes were committed against Polish citizens”.

The five countries have two months to respond to the letters. If they do not, the commission can start a procedure that could see them taken to the European Court of Justice.

Is it just me or has there been a rapid push for laws against "Holocaust denial" ever since the coronavirus hysteria began?

NOTE: I am taking a leave of absence from revisionism to focus on other things. At this point, the ball is in their court to show the alleged massive pits full of human remains at the so-called "extermination camps." After 8 decades they still refuse to do this. I wonder why...

As of the most dangerous part of being forced by the establishment is that they are, as always, made to make even the 'suggestion of racism' in your opinion a crime. Just recently France banned a nationalist political organization because of jewish "anti hate" groups pushed for it. The globalization not only of the people representing the countries of the West but speech in turn, as blacks and other minorities would complain if they were white, is creating the speakers and "intellectuals" of their class, race, or position of political power vulnerable to anyone in their line.

https://national-justice.com/france-macron-government-looks-outlaw-more-patriotic-opposition-groups
Two Jewish organizations in France, CRIF (Representative Council of French Jewish Institutions) and LICRA (International League Against Racism and Anti-Semitism), are lobbying the embattled Emmanuel Macron government into beginning the process of outlawing Generation Identitaire (GI), a group that uses art and symbolic gestures to protest against globalization and immigration.

According to French media, Macron and a wide variety of Jewish groups believe that outlawing GI and other "far-right" groups could be useful in undermining Marine Le Pen's 2022 electoral prospects.

The government in France has been aggressively disbanding nationalist groups in recent years. In 2019, the CRIF pressured the Macron government into moving forward on banning Bastion Social, a patriotic group made up mostly of students that advocated for the ethnic French poor, after its members defended themselves from repeated attacks by criminals and anarchists. Bastion Social's headquarters in Lyons, which sought to provide shelter to the homeless, was raided and closed down by the police

From my view, the state of countries are going towards, is forcing the ethnic citizens to have be self dependent of each other to have a chance to create anything worth while having or enjoy while nearing the more growing inevitability of their rights. Their laws, their ideas, their crimes, their self collective supremacy, their people.
Its all goddamn breadtrail dude, keep going and be a witnesses to what we were talking about.
